Discover Our Comprehensive First Aid Division
Our First Aid division offers a wide range of first aid containers that comply with Labour law and Osh Act provisions. We provide everything from sick beds, oxygen, and ALS Jump bags to Vehicle kits, fishing kits, restaurant kits, and construction kits. No matter what you need, we’ll procure it for you.
*Regulation 3 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) General Safety Regulations (GSR) focuses on first aid in the workplace. This regulation mandates that employers supply first aid boxes if there are more than five employees at a workplace. Employers are responsible for determining the appropriate number of first aid boxes based on potential workplace injuries and activities. Additionally, the GSR stipulates that for every 50 employees, one first aider must be trained, and their first aid certification must be approved by the DOL Chief Inspector.
The Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993 (Act 85) outlines the requirements that employers and management must adhere to in order to safeguard the health and safety of workers and employees.
